Collection notice
Who is collecting your information
[Cintelis Pty Ltd], which operates ProvnHR. Contact [privacy@provnhr.com].
What we collect and why
We collect your account details, where you're based, your right to work in Australia, what you're looking for, and the profile you build: résumé, skills, credentials and work history. We use it to:
- match you with roles and show you an explainable fit score
- send your applications to the employers you choose
- make sure you get a decision on every application
Without information such as your right to work, we may not be able to match you with some roles.
Automated scoring
An automated fit score compares your profile with each ad's requirements. It helps employers rank applications, but a person makes every rejection. It never uses your name, photo, age, gender, ethnicity, disability or other protected attributes. Details are in the privacy policy.
Who we share it with
- Employers you apply to. First-stage review is blind: your name, photo, age, gender and address stay hidden until they shortlist you.
- Matched employers, as an anonymous profile, only if you tick the optional talent-network box. They learn who you are only if you accept an invitation. You can leave the network at any time.
- Never your current employer, or employers you block.
- Our service providers. Some are overseas, including Cloudflare (hosting) and Anthropic (AI processing) in the United States.
Your rights
You can see, download, correct or delete your information at any time. To complain, contact us first. If you're not satisfied, contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au). The privacy policy has the full details, including how long we keep information.
